01
Call to Schedule
Call us and tell us the model number and what the washer is doing. We ask for the error code if you can see it. You get a two-hour arrival window and a text when the tech is on the way. Same-day and next-day slots are available seven days a week across most California metros.
02
Diagnose On Site
The tech pulls the washer out, levels it, and runs a diagnostic cycle. We test the drain pump, water inlet valve, door lock assembly, and control board with a multimeter. Most diagnostics take 20 to 30 minutes and end with a clear answer, not a guess.
03
Approve the Fix
You get the parts cost and labor total in plain numbers before any work starts. If the repair does not make financial sense, we tell you. No pressure, no same-day-only discount games. You decide, and we either proceed or pack up with only the diagnostic fee owed.
04
Complete the Repair
We install the replacement part, torque everything to spec, and reconnect the drain hose and water lines with new hose clamps where needed. Most repairs take 45 to 90 minutes. We clean up the work area and haul away the failed part if you want it gone.
05
Test and Verify
Before we leave, the washer runs a full cycle: fill, wash, drain, spin. We check for leaks at the inlet valve and drain hose, confirm the door lock engages, and verify the drum spins true with no shaking. You get a written quote before work starts.
